This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed online through www.zq-bespoke.com.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email after placing your order, and
- A second email notification once your order has been shipped.

White Glove Delivery Service
All deliveries are completed as a white glove service.
Our delivery team will:
- Deliver your Bed to a room of your choice (where access allows)
- Unpack your item
- Assemble Bed upon request
- Position the furniture where you need it
- Leave your product ready to enjoy
Delivery Charges Explained
- For all orders under £799, ground floor delivery costs FREE
- For all orders £799 and above, ground floor delivery is FREE
- For all deliveries where items must be taken upstairs, the delivery charge is £65, regardless of the order value
Remote Areas & Delivery Surcharge
For some remote areas with postcodes such as:
AB, TR, TQ, PL, CT
There may be a delivery surcharge depending on the item(s).

Northern Ireland Deliveries
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, please note:
- We use a third-party courier service
- Delivery charge is £170
- Delivery is Ground Floor Only
- Assembly is not included
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delivery Issues / Missing Orders
If you have not received your order within 1 day of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with:
- Your name
- Your order number
We will investigate the issue for you as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds (Shipping Related)
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item is in its original condition
Refunds will cover the full order amount minus return shipping costs, where applicable.

Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A photo showing the condition of the item
We review damage claims on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a fair and satisfactory solution.
